How to check account verification status?
As MultiBank io is a regulated entity, all clients are required to complete a KYC check in order to trade on our platform.
Your verification status can be viewed by logging onto the MultiBank io platform and selecting the Identity Verification page. Once submitting all your documents through the Identity Verification Page, you will receive one of the following verification statuses.
Verified for Crypto-only (Spot & Futures)
Your account can only trade crypto on Spot & Futures. To trade Fiat, please submit a valid proof of address document by logging onto the MultiBank io platform and selecting the Identity Verification page.
Verified for Crypto and Fiat (Spot & Futures)
Your account is fully verified & can trade Crypto & Fiat on Spot and Futures.
Verified for Crypto-only (Spot Only)
Your account can trade Crypto on Spot only, this is likely due to your country of jurisdiction not permitting Futures trading. To trade Fiat on Spot, please send a valid proof of address document by logging onto the MEX Digital platform and selecting the Identity Verification page.
Verified for Crypto and Fiat (Spot Only)
Your account is fully verified to trade Crypto & Fiat on Spot only, this is likely due to your country of jurisdiction not permitting Futures trading.
Unsuccessful verification
The submitted identity documents are insufficient due to numerous possible reasons (such as legibility, etc.).
Please submit an alternate identity & proof of address document to customer support.
