Why has my FIAT withdrawal not arrived?
If your Withdrawal transaction from MEX Digital did not arrive within the expected time frame, please consider below steps:
- Check the withdrawal status.
- Check that all of your banking information on your MEX Digital account is correct.
- Check if there are any banking holidays.
- If the above steps don’t help, please contact Support via the Contact Us form.
Please keep in mind that it may take up to 24 hours for a withdrawal to be reviewed and processed on our end. Once it is completed from our side, depending on the requested method of payment, the bank/payment provider will finalise the process in order for the funds to reflect in your designated account.
We reserve the right to send the withdrawal amount to the original payment method/s used to deposit funds into your MEX Digital account. If the amount you are requesting to withdraw exceeds the amount deposited with a single credit/debit card, we will send the balance to another method of payment or via bank transfer.
