Change of Personal Account Information

Residential address changes

To change your registered address, you are required to provide a valid proof of address (such as a bank statement or utility bill) displaying your full name & residential address, issued within the last 3 months. 

Phone number or Email address changes

If your registered phone number or email address is no longer available or you simply want to change, you are required to send us a photo/selfie of yourself, holding a copy of a valid photo ID and a dated authorization paper stating:

Phone:

“I give authority to change my primary phone number from old registered number to new phone number”.

Email:

“I give authority to change my primary email from old registered email address to new email address”.
